| Ice, water, fruit, flax seed and buckwheat ,whole unhulled, ground in coffee grinder, blueberries, strawberries, wolfberries, nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.) and peanut butter, depending upon my taste preference at the time. No milk. |

| i use water just because of conviennce. however, it can be mixed almost anything to get in the extra carbs and fat. Sometimes I add in some tuna, nuts, oatmeal, flaxseed oil, water, peanut butter, cottage cheese, milk you can basically do anything you want with it. Add in creatine, dextrose and L-glutamine for pwo shake |

| A great shake to make is to use 8oz. nonfat milk, one medium banana, one table spoon of peanut butter, ON protien (Vanilla), couple of packs of sugar substitute (Splenda), and 6-8 ice cubes, then blend that all together. Or you can just add a half of scoop in a very healthy regular oatmeal (ex. GoLean) with nonfat milk, and slice up a banana or add some bluebarries or raspberries or slice up a strawbarry. Possibilities are endless! |
