It would help us greatly if when posting about orders, and looking for information, you were to provide an order number, zip code, or at least an email. Which ever you prefer is great, as it really aides us in getting the information to you quicker. Thanks.

If an item is backordered, why don't you contact the customer ? Maybe I would like to delete one backordered item to get the rest of the products in a timely fashion... I've ordered quite a bit through you guys, and I am retty dissappointed this time. What about an 800 number? Hello!!! Please catch up with all your COMPETITION. I am referring to order #201852 placed on the 11th of October. I really needed at least one of these products. If nothing else, an e-mail would be sufficient. Thank You.

Hi, my order no is 456433. Thing is I'm waiting for it over two months now. Got no answer for two emails. Can somebody explain me, what's going on here? Contacted with Fedex in my city (Dublin, IE), they never got any package for my address or even similar as mine. Any chance I will get at least some answer?

Hello my order 493791
to Australia
Bulk Nutrition has been paid for it, but Jessica DeAndrea keeps sending a request for a foto id with credit card copy (minus a few numbers) or a past billing address beofre she will send it???

Visa legal people in Australia say dont send this information as requested as it is a security risk via email and fax. I contacted Visa because it seemed like a weird request from Jessica on a gmail adress initially.

So naturally if Visa say no I dont send the foto id details to this Jessica yet they have billed me for the order, despite claiming my billing address is wrong, visa said Jessica DeAndreas emails are not making any sense to them and if they cant give an expected date of delivery the next step is to request my money back and then so on.....

I said no not yet, I was recommended Bulk Nutrition by expat American friend at our local gym, but he is now saying maybe you should start the visa default process in these situations working, he said it is weird to him too.

Can anybody advise me what to do? The order is largely for my mum whom is ill?

I did not want to ring admin as it costs a fortune from here but it looks like Jessica DeAndrea doesnt even read my emails
any advise appreciated. Has anybody had a win win resolution in this situation???? and how???

Is there anyone working in this place, who can give some answer? I don't even remember, how many emails I sent to you already.

Good advice for those who are going to buy here - read the forum first, think twice and then go to BB.com
