Has anyone tried stacking Tight and Lipo-6 EF together. From what I've read, the contents in Tight makes it affect the Thyroid, versus Lipo-6 EF is the typical thermogenic... I was hoping to accelerate fat burning and energy on both ends.

Both have some of the same ingredients and curious whether combining at full strength would be too much of several of the ingredients, or the combination more efficient.

Currently I'm about 195lbs at around 25% bodyfat hoping to trim down and increase muscle mass. Working out 4 days a week (Mon.-Chest, Tues.-Arms, Thurs.-Legs and Fri.-Back/Shoulders). Also do cardio usually 2-4 day a week of about 20 minutes of moderate treadmill work.

Goal is gaining muscle size, but also to reduce waist size and fat around "the middle" and get leaner in general. Currently using GNC brand creatine, taking NO2 supplement, GNC BCAA's and protein shakes. Considering 6-OXO in addition to the Tight ad Lipo-6 stack.

Thanks.

They both contain some of the same stimulants I think. If you stack the two together, start with half dose of each and see how the side effects are. In my opinion Lipo 6 EF is a better product.
