damn u are tall for ur age! the best thing for you at this point is a good protein supplement. DO NOT mess with any of the hormones/PH.

the animal pack looks like a good supp, but what you need most right now is food. protein is where its at. try to consume 200-250g of protein each and every day. instead of eating when your hungry you gotta learn to eat when your not full. if you wanna be a big guy, you gotta eat like a big guy. good luck and keep us updated on your progress.

you are lucky to have the information and knowledgable people to help you out like here on this board. if, at your age, i had the kind of knowledge available to me that you do, i'd be years ahead of where i am now. take advantage of it. the guys here want to help you and although you might now always hear the advice you want to hear, people will steer you in the best direction.

eat, eat, eat!

I don't think there is any supplement suitable for a 14 year old besides protein and a good multivitamin. Possibly arginine, but I would really research that. I don't even think creatine would be good, though if you had to take something, I would say creatine or arginine with your DR's approval.

Food is the key. You are skinny, so a weight gainer would help. Protein and complex carbs with healthy fats are your friend...

Sdf's other posts seem on target and this one is no exception. Too many kids are getting dragged into the PS/PH game, this is a problem that the govt. saw fit to rectify itself. Visit the training as well as the diet/nutrition forum, use the information correctly, and I assure you will see results. Good luck

Actually, the product that he asked about was actually not hormonal and on that note I say that it would be fine...it is a blend of vitamins minerals and herbs.

get muscle milk and load up on protein! I would say for you 200-250 grams of protein. CHicken, Beef, etc. eat a bunch of carbs as well, but good carbs beans rice oats. Stay away from deap fried foods. Eat clean and you will get big

Food should be your best friend. You have no reason or need to use phs at your age. I'd kill to have the test levels of guys around your age.

Btw...since you're an Irish fan, you by chance live around South Bend?

My Brother was your height and now he's a tad over 6'6" at 18, he eats, and lifts, plays sports, seems to work for him. Take your 100% whey, drink lots of water, don't lift too heavy yet, and eat small compact meals 7-8 of them a day. Check out daves clean bulk in Diet/Nutrition. You're at the perfect age to start getting into this, you will make gains quick and lay out a great foundation for years to come, good luck.

Someone mentioned Arginen as a possibility. I would stay away from Arginine at your age. From my research, anything that may increase growth hormone should be delayed until you've reached your full height.

It may sound stupid, but my oldest son has had good results from eating an extra meal (PBJ sandwhich and milk) every night prior to going to bed. He also seems to think that a carbohydrate supplement he takes (CarboMax, I think) is better for weight gain than the high protien weight gain powder he had been taking (which had also caused some intestinal issues).

Everyone has been on point with posts so far. Eat, Eat, Eat ... protien, and I would include BCAA's to help the healing process. Most protien shakes these days include them, so if you hit a protien shake after running/lifting whatever you should be covered.
