I've been considering picking up some 6-oxo as a natural test booster, what dosage should i be taking, I'm not coming off a PH stack or anything just wanted to use 6-oxo to see if I could get the strength gains I've heard about.

So that's taking 600 mgs/day? Basically 2 pills 3x/day?

Just take 600 mg all at once. Using it chronically is expensive, and expect a lot of acne.

Why all at once? wouldn't some of that be wasted and taking it 3x/day be better? plus i dont really plan on making it a daily supplement like creatine or something just wanted to try it for a few weeks and see what kind of results i can get from just using that.

From my understanding--which admittedly is not as good as most of the regulars on this forum-- 6OXO doesn?t work like 4AD or another ph. You?re not trying to raised your blood level of Test (or whatever the PH becomes), you're literally disabling your bodies capacity to produce estrogen. Hence 6OXO is referred to as a "suicide inhibitor." In response you're body makes more testosterone in order to convert it to estrogen--but that can't happen because the 6OXO has disabled that processes. Therefore there is no need to take it thought out the day--as your estrogen receptors are not playing hide and seek;-) I think the article on 1fast400 gives a great overview of how it functions--which should do much better than I explaining why you need not take it throughout the once.

And you might ask about E-Form, which might work a bit better for what you?re trying to do. But again, I defer to the experts here...

Correct. The aromatase enzyme takes a while to recover so once daily dosing is all that is necessary. Large doses at the same time may help overcome first pass metabolism also.

I've just finished one bottle of 6OXO as stand alone test booster. My dosage was 300mg per day. I realize that's half the dosage used in the study but after reading a review on here using that dosage I thought I'd give it a go. I'm 41, have an excellent sex drive and have used a few different tribulus products as well, with little results. With this product I can say the only difference was some mild acne. Other than that I felt nothing. I understand that some might say that the acne is an indicator increased test levels, and it may well be. Of course at 600mg a day it might be more effecive but way too pricey. Nothing that I haven't read already. Just my 2 cents.

If you choose to take 6OXO, use it as a transdermal, it works way better that way, and costs less.
