Hey whats up everyone.

Been out of the strength training game for just way too long now, and was looking up some of the products I used to take that are now off the market because of our US Congress' desire to interfere with our freedom as inviduals in the US. And thats how I stumbled on to this site.

I hope bringing up M1T in this forum isn't taboo at this point, considering all the posts ive just read.

I'm 27. and I've been an on again-off again lifter for about 10 years, but never really got serious with it until about the age of 22. Used creatine and protein powders for about 2 years, and then I started to cycle test with a product called Methyl 1 Testosterone Xtreme from IDS regularly for about a year, when I was 24. During that time, to cut back on costs a bit, I also used a product simply called M1T from Underground Laboratories. It was a bit cheaper than the IDS product.

Circumstances in my life caused me to stop my training program around that time. I remember right before the prohormone ban was going in to effect, I grabbed up like 10 bottles of Underground Labs M1T at a discount price. I always saw great gains with really no side effects that i can even remember. At the time I stopped, I was anywhere from 165-170, 5'10". My bench was a steady 170-205, dumbell incline and decline was 70lbs on my last set, etc. Never did much legs except calfs, and i'm sure there's a joke around here for that.

Anyway, I'm 27 now, and been out of the game completely for about 2 years, and I can still tell that my muscles are RIGHT THERE, just WAITING to come out of hibernation.

I've since started a family, with 2 kids now, and the GF and I have a new year's resolution to hit the gym and be serious about our health. It's sad really, because I pulled the cord on a power washer yesterday to get it to start while it was cold and sat for a while, and after fucking 10 pulls in succession with no luck, I was winded like I'd just ran a fucking marathon. I feel really horrible about myself right now.

I know that my muscles will remember where they were and come back fairly easy, but I'm wondering if anyone could give me some advice on the best way to get back into this. I used to have the best program, it worked so well for me. I just don't know exactly where to begin at this point. One thing that's great, or MAYBE great, is that it used to be so hard for me to gain weight. I used to STRUGGLE to stay above 160-165 while strength training, and now with no effort I'm at 165 even if I don't eat much during the day. I know that's probably because my metabolism is slower, but my job requires a lot of physical exertion ANYWAY, so it couldn't have gotten THAT much slower. I'm hoping maybe this time around I can break the 170 plateau I've always languished around, and KEEP it this time. My muscle tone actually still looks pretty damn good (my GF thinks so, which is good) EXCEPT for this fucking gut that I sport, which I've never had in my life.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I justwant to get back to feeling good again.

And PS...I still have a bottle of Underground Labs M1T leftover that never got used. I BADLY want to eventually incorporate it, but I'm afraid that once it's gone, considering the unavailablity of it now, I'll be sorry I did after I lose some of the mass.

So this is a 2-part post. 1, what's my best course of action to get started again weight training, and 2, what are the best mass/cut products to use that are still available over the counter?

Hey guys..first of all GREAT FORUM!! I remember taking m1t a few years back with no info on it whatsoever, now looking back i cant believe the gains i probably missed and the damage i could have done. Its great to see people who realise that we need to keep these bodies our whole lives..anyways enuff of that!!

my question..if you choose to accept it is this. Im going for another round of m1t. but this time i would like to also try out the new HALO by muscletech. I have never been really good with the science behind mass building so i was wondering if anyone could think of any conflics or pros and cons about this combo, for all i know maybe its pointless to do.

Any insight would kick ass..

don't take anything by muscletech, i'll look at halo but i doubt its anything special. I'd personally stack M1T with a lot of Pro Liver.

I gave it a glance and it seems HALO, is creatine, bunch of aminos (amounts not specified), fat burners (again not amounts specified), and some random anabolic substances in most likely small quantities. However you're idea of stacking these two makes me believe you're thinking of M1T as a supplement. I could be completely wrong here, feel free to correct.

We just got Halo in where I work. It looks like a decent product, but definitely not worth the money, just like every other MT product. Yeah, it's monohydrate with some BCAA's. Glutamine, etc. Buy it all in bulk, much cheaper and will last much longer.

hey, I'm 19 years old and i want to run a 2 week cycle of m1t from andro technologies, I'm planning to use clomid for my pct along with 20mg/day of anavar to solidify my gains, at this dose it shouldn't inhibit natural test production, but anyway, aside from those i was also going to supplement with protien, ensure plus, multi vitamins, and glucosamine for my joints, i was just wondering if there is anything else beneficial to take, i want this to go as smoothly and safely as possible without damaging my liver or body too much, i hear milk thistle is good for the liver, is there anything else that i should be aware of or any other products that would benefit me during this cycle??

my goal is to gain 10-15 pounds of solid muscle and increase strength and power, currently I'm about 5'8", 185 solid, and can bench about 320, squat 425. Does anyone know what kind of gains i should feasibly expect??

i gained 15 lbs on M1t and kept about 7-8 when it was all said and done. I started at 10, bumped to 20 by midweek, then 30 for the remainder of the cycle. strength went up by the end of the first week. but, i didnt look good. not sure if aesthetics are your goal or is it merely mass/strength.

if its the latter, good to go. have some sort of test product in there to counteract the lethargy though. i used 4-ad and ephedrine.

eat clean on it or you're gonna look sloppy.

P.S. @ 19, this may not be the wisest choice, considering you're nowhere near your genetic ceiling, nor are you done growing. Good luck.

but with steroids he'll be 200lbs bench 500 and squat 650 Honestly all at 5'8"

Seriously though at 19 u don't need that crap- especially with such strength already

4AD is great! Its illegal/banned in USA/CANADA but doesnt mean shit... u can still get it!

yeah I realized that I cant get DHEA here..4AD I dont think I can round up and not going to pin my self with test... I think im going to just man up and use high carb food to fight the lethargy.

well im 21yrs old and im 6'3 1/2 and 170lbs i bench 195 6reps and 205 3times im looking to be atleast 200-205lbs. and go up on my bench and other excersices im like a total newbie to dis whole prohormone stuff would m1T be a good idea and safe fo me to take? or any other suggestions for a 1st timer ??
