ok guys, I havent been on here in a while and im sure ive missed alot posts about this probably. Ive had my M1T for about 2 months now just sitting there. I was taking a break after finishing the 1,4 andro, and now im ready to begine the m1T. I am planning on taking milk thistle along with it but when do i do that. Between pills durring the day?? or after my cycle? or durring and after?? Ive never really taken anything this strong and i am worried about the milk thistle pills being taken at the exact same time. Please give me any advice you guys can, thanks.

Take em' before during and after cycle and timing doesn't matter very much, split into two doses, morning, and dinner.

BTW, I heard that milk thistle is thought to increase prolactin secretion, being the reason the some women take it to increase lactation. Anybody else heard this? If true, the increased prolcatin may increase chances of gyno... probably worth further investigation for anyone taking milk thistle and M1T.

Never seen anything in the research that would suggest that it increases prolactin, there's nothing on pubmed, at least -------------------- David Tolson

thanks alot guys. I just started my m1T today. Im a bit scared of it cuz I dont want my liver F#%$ed up so I want to make sure evrything goes well. I appreciate all the feedback, thanks.

I would'nt use milkthistle only.
The more gastroenteroligests I speek to, the less I trust it as ligit liver protection.... Look , DONT drink, DONT take over 20mg a day, DONT take fore more than 30 days. drink plenty of h2o, Take at least 1gram of milk thistle a day and buy some NAC from bulk. or atleast some pro liver.
