i hate to even ask because i know it sounds so stupid to u guys but if i get some Androstenetrione Powder or any powder for that matter lets say i get 2 grams how would i go about taking that? Im sure i need to mix it with water but how much water? and after that how much should i take at a time? when you order powders they give you no kind of instructions so thats why im asking thanks.
