ok so HSN Driver is a product I am interested in purchasing. Form what i read, this would be excellent for nighttime protein! Is this good for all my protein needs? Or should I be looking into a CFM whey like ON whey protein for pre/post workout or Ultra Peptide by Xetreme Formualtions? Thanks bak |

Pre-workout I would just use whey. Post workout I don't think it matters as much, you can use slow or fast protein, as long as you take it right after you are done working out. -------------------- David Tolson
