Thanks for the opportunity to test this product!

I'm 33 year old female. I've been lifting for 14 years total but I took a few years off after college. I've been consistently training again for a little over 4 years.

I'm 5' 9" and weigh 152. Bodyfat is 18%

Measurements:

Arm 14"
Chest 37 1/2"
Waist 28"
Hip at widest 37 1/2"
Quad 24"
Calf 16 1/4"

My current goal isn't terribly original...I want to lower my bodyfat and add muscle. Not easy to do both at once so my immediate priority is to drop some fat and preserve as much lbm as possible.

I follow a 4 or 5 day split. In theory it's a 5 day split but now and then if my schedule demands it I'll split arms up and train bis on shoulder day and tris on back day. I'm contemplating moving to a 4 day split officially but for the duration of the testing - I'll stick with 5.

Typically my calories come to about 1600. Here's an average days meals (while I'm cutting)

MEAL 1
5 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/2 c oats
1/2 grapefruit
2 fish oil caps

MEAL 2
can tuna
Tbs light mayo
ww pita
celery
sesathin

MEAL 3
1.5 whey
2 fish oil caps

MEAL 4
4 oz chicken
5 oz sweet spud
cucumber
sesathin

MEAL 5
1.5 whey
Tbs pb
2 fish oil caps

MEAL 6
cup 1 1/2% fat cottage cheese
sesathin

Totals
1597 calories
200 g protein
119 g carb
35 g fat

My current supplements (before and during the NO-Xplode testing) include multi-vitamin, fish oil caps, sesathin, whey, dymetadrine (w/ephedra preworkout)

I have used creatine in the past - "regular" monohydrate and Swole V2 but haven't taken any in about 2 months.

I used the NO-Xplode before yesterday's workout. It dissolved very well (completely and quickly) and the taste was far better than I expected. Sort of reminded my of mild cough medicine in terms of flavor but nothing that would make you gag or cause you do dread drinking it. I liked the bubbly effect.

I used a bit under 2 scoops (1 3/4 I guess) I did not notice any stimulant effect from it. What I did notice...and found strange was about 45 minutes after taking it I felt nauseous AND incredibly hungry at the same time. It was a bizarre combination and pretty intense. Not sure what was going on there and I didn't like it. dry.gif

I still got through my workout and stuck with my meal plan. I had strong sugar cravings the rest of the night which may or may not have anything to do with the NO-Xplode. I do know it's unusual for me and the NO-Xplode was the only new variable in my eating/training/supplement routine but could just be "one of those things" We'll see what happens next time.
