It's a free weight exercise, it's a press done with a EZ curl bar. You probably wont find a picture of it, I'll have to post some pics.

Do you think it has anything to do with the superdrol you are taking? (I thought I read that somewhere?) Sometimes the strength comes a lot faster than your joints and ligaments can keep up with.

If it's unbearable, then I'd recommend taking a week off since there's no point trying to lift through the pain when it's only getting worse. Other than that, if you don't feel like it's a big deal, and you can still do your pressing fine, then get away from all isolations for a month or so. Instead, try doing a few really high rep sets of 20+ reps with a really light weight just to flush the area with lactate, blood, and nutrients.

This problem actually started 12 years ago when I was 22. It's only in my right elbow. Basically, if I don't do skull crushers, the pain goes away. So, I probably will just take them out of my regimine or maybe do them once a month.
