The more consistently I SFW, the more my right elbow hurts. Today, while smashing triceps, it almost became unbearable. As long as I don't lock out I can keep lifting, but my ROM is seriously reduced. My left elbow, and all other joints, are all right. Just the rightey. What's a knig to do?

I've been taking glucosamine/chondroitin for years. It seems to have helped some, but it's getting worse. Are there any other supps out there that might help?

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs. —Thomas Jefferson, 1802

I ran deca 3.5 years ago at 500mg/wk. That shit works wonders for the joints. For not though, the 3 year old sdrol will have to do.

I am left handed so I always JO that way. I'll just go to Lowes and get some graphite and see how that goes. In the meantime, I've ordered some cissus.

Warm your elbows up well with light weight tris for a couple mins. Does the job for me.

Quit doing isolation work, and do compound lifts, like the way your body was meant to work.

I've been taking fish oil for a while. I also ordered some cissus yesterday. Hopefully, that'll help. As far as isolation vs compound goes. I do a good bit of compound work (bench press, standing mil, rack pulls, squats, bent rows, etc.). But, I've just always seen best results from a split routine. Everytime I've tried a FB routine, I never felt like everything got worked thoroughly and I never felt totally recovered from one workout to the next.

I didn't say anything about a full body workout. I just said quit doing isolation work. You can still split up body parts and do all compound work. For example, do heavy bench, and close grip bench, and triceps press one day for chest and triceps.

Should I also stop doing curls since working lats also involves some biceps movement? But then again, I guess I shouldn't work lats directly either since lasts are somewhat involved when you work chest. Should I also stop working legs altogether since they get enough work just walking throughout the day?

You obivously aren't getting what I'm saying. Go ask an Olympic lifter, or powerlifter, or strong man how much isolation work they do, and they are pretty jacked.

None of those guys look as evenly developed as bodybuilders who use the classic split IMO. They look like what they are.....stongmen.

They just aren't as lean. But it's obvious you don't want real advice, so I'm done. Go ahead and keep ruining your elbow.

roids and azfit i know what both of you are saying..

Roids.. dont take what he's saying completely word for word and be a smart ass about it he's just trying to help ya!

I think it's okay to do some isolation stuff of course but I think Azfit is trying to tell you that if you strengthen your secondary muscles more you will benifit with overall lifting capabilities.

My two cents:

I have the same probably REALLY bad in my elbows when i do triceps.. skullcrushers kill me the most..

WARM UP! I will usually warm up the joints with some pushups or REALLY light weight on a cable stack doing some tricep pull downs.. just enough to give a teeeeny bit of resistance.. i absolutely HAVE to warm up my elbows.. and knees for that matter.. i warm up them with extensions really light
