Im finishing up my third bottle of incarnate now so its been about 4 months i have been taking beta alanine. I wanted to pick up a bottle of 1fast400 beta alanine...Should i take some time of from the product or just continue taking it???
I have tried researching but have found no real info on continued use of beta alanine? *Sorry for the typo in heading* |

It's basically an amino acid that's been tweaked, so it can be taken continuously. It's excellent stuff, especially when combined w/ creatine.

I know. I stacked with storm/shock therapy and saw excelent results. My storm is done so i wanted to take a few weeks off and stack beta alanine with neovar/RPM/Drive. What do you guys think of this stack? Sounds solid. Just want to make sure its ok to take beta alanine continous or if i should take a few weeks off as well and then start it back up?

It's fine. BA will go very well w/ the products you mentioned and there's no need to "cycle" it.
