It's basically an amino acid that's been tweaked, so it can be taken continuously. It's excellent stuff, especially when combined w/ creatine.

I know. I stacked with storm/shock therapy and saw excelent results. My storm is done so i wanted to take a few weeks off and stack beta alanine with neovar/RPM/Drive. What do you guys think of this stack? Sounds solid. Just want to make sure its ok to take beta alanine continous or if i should take a few weeks off as well and then start it back up?

It's fine. BA will go very well w/ the products you mentioned and there's no need to "cycle" it.

Personally I like to cycle all of my supplements except the basics such as multi, fish oil, and protein. There are no longterm studies, even though short term studies show it is safe. So, unless there is long term studies I prefer to cycle.
