| do you have tablets or liquid nolva? Either way just put in your mouth and swallow? I've only used liquid torm and had no problem with it. |

| If you can't stand the taste (I really don't think it's all THAT bad), buy yourself some bulk empty caps. Open up a cap and squeeze your dose into it and close it up. Swallow the cap and you're done. You won't taste a thing that way, so you totally avoid the taste issue. I've done it a few times after reading about this technique, myself. As I said, it's not that bad to me, so I usually just drop the dose straight in the mouth and chase it w/ some diet soda or something. I used 00 caps and it takes about 1.5 caps to dose, so you'll need to have 2 at the ready. Another thing to note is that you need to make the cap RIGHT before you're ready to take it. The liquid will melt the cap if you let it sit for more than couple mins. I found that out and had a little bit of a mess to clean up...lol. |

| Mine burned the inside of my mouth, so I use the dropper, take some, and immediately wash it down with some cranberry juice. (usually mixed w/creatine) |

| Mine never burned, but almost has a numbing kind of effect on the mouth. it's like the taste, itself doesn't linger, but it alters the taste of whatever you drink shortly thereafter. I really don't think it's as awful as some ppl. make it out to be. certain bulk herbs taste a whole lot worse to me than nolva does. |

| Lot easier to just take pills. As for the taste of the liquid, nothing a little OJ can take care of. |

| Take the tabs. I prefer to space out doses through out the day. |
