really?? i've heard that it can have some brutal sides.. is this due to its potency?

Lipo6, I took it for about a week and I dropped 5 lbs. I know everyone will say it was water weight, but when I was a constant 235 every day for 2 weeks, and then I went to 230 and have been constantly there for another 2 weeks, it had to be b/c of the Lipo.
