Supp. regimen looks good, but you're going to be EXTREMELY overtrained if you're not, already. Five days of weights a week is ok if you're advanced and have great recovery ability, but it would bring a lot of ppl into an overtrained state.

As far as cardio, I don't think anyone at all would recommend 12 cardio sessions per week. At that rate, you'll be burning up a ton of muscle and probably weaking havoc on your joints, inviting overuse injuries.

I don't know how someone would have the time to eat or even hold a full time job w/ this training schedule. I would say if you're cutting, start cardio low and build up to 3 or 4 days a week. Most ppl. will say 5 is too much, if you're trying to not lose a lot of muscle.

you could always change your cardio up a little bit like, mon- run, tues- 15mins of sprints, wed- bike, thurs- 15 mins of sprints, fri- run. This should help keep the impact down for your joints. The stack your using should be a great addition.

against popular opinion i'm all for this plan. sounds good and good luck. my only suggestion is not to stay on such a heavy regimen for too long. month at most, then give your body a break.
