Have been debating on running a cycle of 3AD. Have been looking at reviews and logs. What do you guys think about this stuff?

Seems like you need two bottles to run anything worth wild. I mean 1 bottle at 4 caps gets you 22.5 days. And, I think a lot of people have said they didnt feel much until the 2-3 week.

I am about 180lbs and 6-7% bf.
If I get two bottles I planned on going:
week 1: 4 caps
week 2: 4 caps
week 3: 5 caps
week 4: 5 caps
week 5: 6 caps
plus 2 more days at 6 caps to finish the bottle...
then aPCT with lean Xtreme

I mean is it worth the money? Seems pricey???
I am almost tempted to run a 4 weeker of Havoc instead.

The product is way to expensive for what it offers. Its still fifty something a bottle right? If I were you, I would just run a simple havoc cycle and save the money.

And to answer your question... Havoc is not as toxic as SD and from what I have personally experienced the size and strength gains from SD were quicker.

I'm in the 3rd week of my 3-AD. No sides. At all. No Hair loss, testicular atrophy, mood swings. However, the pumps you feel are comparable to superdrol, maybe a little less than superdrol, actually. But strength gains are basically non existant. I may be an exception to the rule though. Everybody works different. Give it a shot and see how it goes.

I have a bottle of 3-AD and am waiting to try it out and see what all the hype is about.

I already get a great pump from creatine / protein and carb drink so I don't need that was looking for a boost in strength gains.

Go for Havoc, really a PH you cant go wrong with.

Would havoc be a waste of time if you've already ran mdrol? Just curious, cuz I was thinkin of runnin 3ad for my next cycle later this year. Now I'm not so sure.

id rather jo with sandpaper then use 3ad...

havoc all the way, im going to run some prolly sometime next year due to my age but i did run something close to it before(which was stupid) but i loved it and im still good to go so i cant wait

sdrol is more potent than Havoc but it also has alot more sides than Havoc if this is a 1st or 2nd cycle stay away from sdrol and go with Havoc.

Havoc is a good PH (if you aren't concerned about hairloss), but i prefer HDrol, its safest (4-chloro group inhibits Testo->DHT conversion)
