I just got a msg on my phone from my doctor. I had bloodwork taken about a week or 2 ago and the only thing that was out of whack was my iron, and its "dangerously low"? Now my doc is on vacation and i have no clue what could be causing this....I tried googling it but it seems the only ppl who experience low iron are premenopausal and menstrating women....last time i checked im none of the above, so if anybody has any info on low iron or is/has experienced it yoursleves, please post, kinda trippin over this, not sure how serious it actually is.

As long as you don't mind the taste...eat some liver and onions. Liver for the iron...onions to kill the taste of the liver.
