6'6" 300 42 years old lifetime drug (steroid) free. I did do a cycle of M1T when OTC. That was a STEROID in my opinion.

And you look drug free as well. Massive, but pretty blubbed. The lifts aren't impressive at all considering how big you are.

don't listen to roids. he's a hater.

its easy to get chubby. for some reason most the people here think fat is the worst thing ever. well not if you're bulking.

roids looks like shit anyway. keep it up there's plenty of advice here if you ever need it. most of it is bad but a few know a thing or 2.

benching over 400 let alone 500 is insane for natural.

Thanks gentlemen. I have nothing against Roids. I do have too much fat right now but I am just now starting to do a little higher volume and will start keeping track of everything I eat next week. The Torn tricep really holds back my bench so I only do 1 or 2 moderate sets. Usually 365 for 5-7 reps or accasionally 405 for 3-5. WHen I get to doing singles in the mid 400's the pain is excruciating near my elbow.

Just messin'. That kind of lifting is pretty impressive even at 300lbs.

As for the looks like shit comment. That pic was taken last august. I've now been been hitting it hard for a few months now. I plan to be fully jacked and tan by the end of the summer.

Goodskie, you can't compare yourself to others who haven't been using their bodies as a pin cushion for the past year.
