I was just curious as to what kind of bench press increase is to be expected from a test cycle. I plan on doing d-bol and test e starting sometime in august. I want to put up atleast 50 pounds more and was wondering how much added weight is possible? I plan on doing 10 weeks test e 500mg and dbol 30mg for first 4 weeks btw.

...the dbol kickstart will give the most dramatic strength gains. explosive strength gains are attainable within the first 4 weeks if you eat and train properly. as the test builds up in your system, the mass will follow.

...the key is increasing strength, is to also work on endurance and speed, identifying weak points in your lifts and focussing on those areas.

im not a powerlifter... just looking to put on as much strength and mass as possible i know theres better cycles i can do for this but ill save that for another cuz i have never tried real gear yet just ph's... so wat can i expect? also i heard tren is the best for strength gains is this true?

tren is amazing, i dont suggest you use it on your first cycle tho...test e and dbol is an excellent place to start...

yea im not gona do tren till atleast 2nd or 3rd cycle... so what kind of increase is typical? and whats the most i could expect?

I went from doing 225lbs for 6 to doing 275lbs for 6. I got my one rep max from 275lbs to 335lbs. In my 3 month cycle of Test E.

you'll be able to bench 40+ lbs more by the end of this cycle as long you:

Dont get injured
Dont get Sick
You Eat enough
You put the effort in
You pin enough gear
You're gear is legit



If you run tren first cycle, you wont instantly drop dead. i think the warnings are HIGHLY overrated and people are overly-cautious with this drug. Which is good....but on some realistic shit, you'll be fine.

At the very most, you'll lose serotonin while runnin tren....so you'll lose sleep. you'll prob sweat more at night and you're temper will flare up quicker during the day. But Its not like you're heart will explode or you're gonna want to pull a Rambo at the supermarket.

Run it, you wont be dissapointed.

if you encounter sleep probs, try trazodone. If you get rage, smoke a blunt and take some 5-htp.

thanks jay... ya im gona give tren a try on my 2nd or 3rd run rather just stick wit the test and dbol for the first run even tho its probably fine
