Hey guys, I usually don't do reviews..this is actually my first one, but i had to do this one. I'm a about half way through my Power Punch Fast Twitch tub by Cytosport and I absolutely love it. I'm a noob to Kre-Alkalyn, but I'm a responder. Pumps are amazing, strength is through the roof, no water retention, and I'm up 7 lbs. I'll let you know after I finish the entire tub. Anyway, it's worth a shot. It's relatively cheap, too. That's all from me. Keep liftin' hard guys

WOW. i doubt that 7 lbs came from fast twitch at all. its just a pre workout supplement and nothing more. Prolly from food weight or glycogen or some other "supplement" you may have been using. -------------------- Opfor+Mary Jane (married since 12.1.07)

Youd be surprised Op, it could be the creatine. I actually put on some serious weight with my very first 2 tubs of no explode...It ended up being 6-7 keeper pounds, but I was up like 14lbs by the end of back to back cycles. Never the same since though lol! But yeah, Im sure alot is water...but its def nothing more than a preworkout supp so dont get too crazy over it. -------------------- |

Yeah, 7 lbs, isn't hard to imagine w/ creatine. A lot of it will be water, but that's how creatine works. i wouldn't call FT a preworkout supp. and nothing more. It's a creatine supp. w/ a lot of extras thrown in.
Personally, I didn't like the fruit punch flavor. The grape was really good and the lemonade is pretty nice, too. lemonade is caffeine free, if you don't want the buzz. -------------------- [SIZE=7][COLOR=blue][B]"I can't help that I'm custom made..."

Haha, no no, I'm not crediting the 7 lbs off of the FT. My protein intake is very high, that's where that came from. Sorry if I mislead anyone. I credit the FT for the pump and the strength increase.

then i must be a creatine non responder
i've tried nearly every type of creatine from magnesium creatine chelate to tricreatine malate. didnt get jack crap from any creatine. and yeah i tried fast twitch. i would say its good for its obvious health benefits from having vitamins, minerals and anti oxidants. but i never got any preworkout energy from it. or weight gain from any creatine -------------------- Opfor+Mary Jane (married since 12.1.07)
