great progress, especially in the midsection. are you using anything as far as a fatburner? I was the same size/shape as your before pic back in 05.

I bathed in ECA for like a year with insane amounts of cardio and had good results. If you're not using ECA or ECY, you should try it.

Thanks for the comments. No supp help, just AM cardio almost every weekday. I mostly did elliptical for 40 minutes or so. As far as needing to add more mass, I agree but I am still about 220lbs. I want to drop a little more through out summer. I still look really soft when I am cold.

What supps do you recommend? I guess I was on a few supps, creatine and whey but I assume you guys meant some sort of cutting supp.
