I make a protein shake w/oats and banana when I get up. Then, when I get to work I have some oatmeal or a bagel.

I do cardio first thing in the morning, so I have a shake or bar immediately after that, then later I have oatmeal and banana. A few hours after that I have egg whites and some fruit.

Just a PopTart, then six hours later I eat 3-4 Hot Pockets. I'm on the Massive Fat Gain Diet.
Actually, I alternate 1. oatmeal with some zero calorie sweetener and cinnamon, 2. granola, and 3. shredded wheat (the big, plain biscuits) with some sweetener. Also a protein shake in milk (2% on bulk, skim on cut), and 8oz of 100% juice with my creatine/glutamine. I'd cook some eggs and lean meat, but I spend most of my morning preparing food for the rest of the day. Yeah, I know granola and shredded wheat are processed, but I seem to be pretty processed-carb-tolerant. I just can't do oats every morning. Blah. Personally, during a bulk phase, I think breakfast is the best time to eat less than perfect (high GI carbs), beside PWO. During a cut however, I will only ever eat non-processed, with maybe some fruit for some carbs. Sometimes I'll put some whey in my oatmeal, for something different. Not the best thing ever, and it gives it a weird texture, but it's worth a try. Wait until it's heated to add the whey though. -------------------- ![]() |

My breakfast normally consists of some type of meat (steak, bacon, ham, etc.) and eggs (usually 4 whole eggs), followed by 6 fiber caps. If I'm feeling saucy, I'll down a glass of low-carb (Calorie Countdown) milk.
If I'm not low-carbing, I'll have 4 whole eggs and a single serving of oatmeal. Or, 2 whole eggs and 2 pieces of wheat toast w/ natty PB. And some milk. -------------------- |

ive never really been a fan of protein shakes first thing in the morning, i need real food and for some reason if i have a shake first thing, before food, it messes with my stomach all day. im probably just wierd.
