The vid demonstrates the difference between what he is doing and what the guys with the shirts are doing. The point is that the other is not real bench pressing. This is. That's all.

at this last meet i went to, this guys ROM was like 8 inches, but he lifted raw. he just had a huge chest and short arms, it was how he was built. he got up to like 5 or 6 something, i forgot i just remember a shitload of reds.

that 535 and 520 bench press also had suicide grip

I've been extremely busy helping to rebuild a town after an F5 tornado. Roids is completely worthless to me anymore. Used to be a good laugh but has turned just completely annoying. He deserves no respect or credibility. All he can do is negatively demeanor and disrespect me, my sport, and people that I train with. I've said all I need to say on this subject which Roids, a completely anonymous person, keeps repeating over and over again. I've got to many other things to do and worry about then argue with him. I really like getting on these forums and talking with people, helping people out, and learning new things. It's anonymous people like Roids who try and spoil it.
