Day 23 6/10
Current Weight- 192.5...my weight hasn't varied much but I don't think there is as much water weight anymore...i feel absolutely no bloat and I look pretty lean. I missed my workout last night because of some family stuff I had to do so I did upper body today. AM 2 Super Omega 3-6-9 1 Green Tea Extract Breakfast- cereal and oats, banana Lunch- ham and cheese on roll, yogurt with granola, trail mix bar, granola bar Preworkout- 3 Neovar, banana, trail mix bar, granola bar 3 RPM Postworkout- 4 Neovar (10 min before i finished the workout) shake- 2 scoops whey, beta alanine, oats, strawberries, milk Dinner- t-bone steak, rice, spaghetti with pesto, salad Workout Bench Press with chains- max sets 3 reps Chin Ups- max reps 2 sets BB rows- 4x8 Band Pull Aparts (superset)- 4x8 DB Curls- 4x10 Ab Circuit I felt a little bit weak today and I'm sure that had to do with taking 3 days off and spending the weekend at the beach. I didn't realize it but people were telling me I looked a lot leaner this weekend which is good. I think I have definitely dropped a little bit of bf and put on muscle. As usual, great pumps after the workout. |

Day 24 6/11
AM 2 Super Omega 3-6-9 1 Green Tea Extract Breakfast- cereal Lunch- turkey and cheese on roll, yogurt with granola, granola bar, banana Preworkout- 3 Neovar, oatmeal Postworkout- 3 Neovar shake- 2 scoops whey, beta alanine, oats, strawberries, banana, milk Dinner- 2 chicken salad sandwiches on whole wheat, shake with 1 scoop whey Workout- Cardio 1/2 mile warm up jog sprints- 10x100m (sprint and walk back) walking lunges- 2x40m 1/4 mile cool down jog It was hot today and I got tired pretty quick but my first few sprints felt great. Didn't have the RPM with me preworkout and I think that would have helped a bit. |

pretty good stuff imo. i took incarnate a while back during my rugby season and noticed a huge difference in recovery. i just went with some bulk from 1fast this time and i usually throw it in my shake mix it with some oj during the day. i like the tingle, you can actually feel it working...for the price id say its a good product, especially since its so good while taking creatine |

Day 26 6/13
Worked all day yesterday and didn't have time to get my workout in. I didn't want to miss another leg day so I did that today and I'm going to try and make up the upper body workout sometime this weekend AM 2 Super Omega 3-6-9 1 Green Tea Extract Breakfast- oatmeal Lunch- grilled chicken, baked potato Preworkout- 3 Neovar, oatmeal 2 RPM Postworkout- 3 Neovar shake- 2 scoops whey, beta alanine, oats, strawberries, banana, fat free frozen yogurt, milk Dinner- 1/2 lb cheeseburger, salad, steak fries Workout- Box Squats- max sets 3 reps DB RDLs- 4x8 Backwards sled pulls- 3x30 yards Sled bear crawls- 3x30 yards My squat has improved a lot. I hit 305 for 3 on the box squats which is pretty terrible but it is the best I have done since my hip injury a year ago. My left leg still isn't close to the strength of my right but they have started to even out a bit. I'm hoping the progress stays as steady as it has been. note: i think i have convinced my lifting buddy to pick up some Neovar |

Day 29 6/16
Tough day of work today kinda killed my workout. Current weight- 195 and feeling lean AM 2 Super Omega 3-6-9 1 Green Tea Extract Breakfast- cereal, hardboiled egg Lunch- ham and cheese on a roll, banana, yogurt, granola bar, 2 nature valley bars Preworkout- 3 Neovar, 2 bananas, 2 nature valley bars 3 RPM Postworkout- 3 Neovar shake- 2 scoops whey, banana, strawberries, fat free frozen yogurt, some oats Dinner- 1/2+ bacon cheddar burger, some teriyaki steak tips, corn bread Workout- BB Floor Press- Max Sets 3 reps BB Pushups with chains- Max reps 2 sets T Bar Rows- 4x8 Band Pull Aparts (superset)- 4x8 Incline DB hammer curls- 3x8+8 BB Shurgs (superset)- 3x8 Added a few pounds which I'm pleased with. Shoulder has started to bother me again and today's workout was only ok. I'm about to hit day 30 but I'll keep the log going until I finish the bottle (around 40 days). My goal is still to hit 300 lb bench by July 15 so I have a month. I haven't done much straight bench recently so I'm not positive where I'm at but if I were to guess I would say around 285...meaning I have some major work to do. I'll try a max out soon and I might consider switching up the workout routine to focus a little more on chest. My other lifts have all improved pretty dramatically. |

With you're shoulder bothering you alittle make sure you have a spot before nailing flat bench! If it don't feel right don't go for max, work your way to up to only 3 reps. I never max out 1 rep.
But just a lifter to lifter suggestion, then again you may get underneath it and push it right up! Just have a spotter bro! Carb intake is looking better postWO! Keep it up! PreWO, I use a scoop of whey and 1 cup of quick oats and blend, chocolate whey and oats and alittle peanut butter is my "No Bake Cookie Shake". Just give yourself 45minutes before working out, but the energy you get is ridiculous. -------------------- ![]() Latest, Applied Nutriceutical Stack Journal: http://forums.bulknutrition.com/?showtopic...ndpost&p=506251 Past App. Nutriceuticals Stack Journal: http://forums.bulknutrition.com/?act=ST&f=...t=0#entry469518 Past App. Nutriceuticals Stack Journal:http://forums.bulknutrition.com/?showtopic...ndpost&p=489985[/B] |

yea i haven't tried the one rep max yet and i've been using a spotter for preworkout i'm usually taking the neovar immediately after work and then workout about a half hour later so I try not to eat too much, just get enough carbs. the no bake cookie shake sounds delish, i might have to give it a try when i have some time before my workout. moving the leg day to tomorrow, my lifting buddy is having back spasms and i had a pretty shitty day at work... |

yesterday was supposed to be an upper body day but i had sprained my thumb playing bball. i went to workout and just couldnt get a grip on the bar. i ended up just doing pushups, chinups and pullups for about half an hour. today i wanted to do legs but it was another miserable day at work (12+ hours) and tomorrow looks to be more of the same. not off to a good start this week.
im gonna end the log on thurs when i finish the bottle and give a final review. im getting my wisdom teeth out fri so that should be pretty good timing. |

worked 46 hours in 4 days this week and i am exhausted. i thought i would put up my final review (just finished the bottle today)
goals- strength- i didn't hit the 300 lb bench (although im still giving myself until july 15) but my bench improved. the lingering shoulder injury hasn't allowed me to max out in bench or power clean but if i were to venture a guess based on lower weight reps i would guess around 285 (started 275)for bench and 210 or 215 (started 205) for power clean. my squats went wayy up which was unexpected. squats have been terrible since the hip injury last year but now they are starting to come back. strength increases were slightly above average for a cycle of creatine for me i would say. weight- final weight is 194, which is a 6 lb increase and i don't think any of it is fat. i have been eating relatively clean and getting a lot of cardio from work and working out. i am extremely pleased with this result. overall i would say the neovar recomped is a great product. i have used plain mono and micronized creatine, and also cellmass a couple years ago but i didn't see nearly the gains with these products as i did with the neovar. i saw results with the cellmass but for way more money, way fewer servings and way less convenience. only $28 for the 40 day supply of neovar is unbeatable. i would say recovery was a little above average while taking the neovar. the only issues i had with the product are some GI stuff (nothing too intense) and terrible, earthy tasting heartburn if i didn't get carbs soon enough after dosing. i would def recommend this product for anyone on a bulk, and for someone on a cut it could be a really good supp for maintaining some strength. from the AN products i have tried (RPM, Drive, Lipo-PM, Neovar Recomped), i would have to say that Drive is the most effective product but the bottle is too small and you really need to pick up 2 bottles to get the full results (i just started to really notice some effects as i was finishing up the bottle). neovar is probably the best bang for your buck. if im not broke after i get back from australia i might go with another AN stack plus some goodies. if i hit the lottery my ideal stack would be RPM, Drive (x2), Neovar Recomped, an amino product (i would like to try Poseidon or Purple Wraath), and maybe a nighttime product (no idea which one) plus the staples. i hope the log helped out. getting the wisdom teeth out tomorrow. wish me luck. |
