The user reviews about chocamine all seem to hail chocamine as an anti-anxiety supplement. Yet, this is a product that contains some powerful stimulants (caffeine being one of them), and the chocamine article posted here on 1fast400 explicitly says that people prone to anxiety attacks should NOT take chocamine. Can anyone explain how chocamine could combat anxiety?

most people are using chocamine as an energy supplement and mood lifter. go with phenibut, DLPA, inositol, theanine, 5-htp and/or l-tyrosine for anxiety.

Though I don't know the reason why, chocamine really, really adversely affects my anxiety. It makes it almost unbearable at a high enough dose. The way it feels to me personally is like the feeling of being in love/infatuated with someone; that weird anxiety, no appetite, very restless sort of feeling that comes with being in like a new relationship or something. I know that's pretty vague, but it's the best way I can describe it in my personal experience. This may have something to do with the PEA content.

Still, though, lots of people love it for mood elevation and things like that. It won't break your wallet, so it's probably worth a shot. Lancelot's recommendations for extra supps with it are great as well.

Speaking of anxiety, I used to take ST.Johns Wort. I have been off it for a while though, but I have some in a drawer. I was wondering if I should start taking it again. I had good results with it before. I loved it. The thing is, I think it was on this board that I read it can interact with certain things....Well like what?.

alot of people use Chocamine and RR together,
both are mood lifters and RR helps with anxiety a bit was doesnt it?

so would this be a good combo for a mood lifter and help with anxiety? or would it not be beneficial for combatting anxiety?
