Good Job Vap, You looked good for only dieting for 7 weeks. Congrats on placing 7th, wow, I think you got great potential to go as far as you feel you need to in bodybuilding.

I'm just getting around to this thread now, BTW you look shredded on stage, comp was defn stiff...share some knowledge man! What was your diet like during the 7 wk prep? Supplementation? Routine? Leg mass actually looks better than some of the other guys on stage, calves are always a bitch. Once you figure out how to get them to blow up...let us know. My hams and quads dwarf my cavles no matter how much heavy work I put them through. I've heard that hopping up and down off platforms with ankle weights is a good way to get them poppin, but haven't tried it yet. Naw that big guy got like 8th I think but he was damn huge. He weigh in at 201 then was like "fuck" and ran off to drop some weigh, came back at 198 and made it lol... Learned a lot at this show, definitely worth while if you plan on competing ever, don't worry about placing just go in it to learn. Also, the guy to my left (4th from left) won the show and the overall, and the guy to my right got 2nd. Boy do I love being in between the two most conditioned guys on the stage  lol. Nice guys though. -------------------- sdf weighs 0.25lbs/inch more than Vaporize
