Twins fan? Fuck yeah!!!! I have my tickets for opening night at the Metrodome already. I was front row in left field last year for opening night, pretty tits won't lie. A buddy of mines family has season tickets that are front row in the visitors bull pen, awesome view. Here are a few shots I got:    |

The Twins are a well run organization. They are always playoff contenders despite a low payroll year after year. I don't think they've exceeded 60 million for a payroll in a long time

Hunter was good but definitely not a go-to guy offensively. Santana on the other hand will be hard to replace. I think Morneau, Mauer, Young, and Cuddyer will be a solid offensive base. Yeah hopefully at least one of the newbs will turn out good. That'll go down as the worst trade in history if they all suck. That and when they traded Big Papi for......who again?

I just believe trading Santana really hurts the twins because of the pressure that will be on Liriano for his first season back..Like mentioned before, if he doesn't pitch well we're in trouble.. Really liking D Young right now though..

I really hope they put him in the bullpen to start the year off. Let him pitch to two to four batters a few times a week to make sure they don't blow his arm out again. If the Twins bats are what they were in 2006, I don't think I will be too worried. No one hit in 2007. Morneau, Mauer, Cuddyer, Punto, and Bartlet all had down years. They also had no production from the DH and left fielder. Its kind of hard to win with that happening. Hopefully Craig Monroe hits 25-30 homers while playing DH and left. |

He did fine is his 1st start. He had surgery almost a year ago, and has had lots of rehab. He needs 17 wins to get to 300, I'm guessing he wants them bad. Plus I think he wants to get to 5000k's.
