Ill try to get some better pics, cams dead and wife cant find charger. I went from 155 to 182, although my wheight acceeds whats allowed in the navy. Got in today, will be getting my SEAL challenge soon. My bench is up from about 180 to 275 in bench. Im squatting around 350 for 6 right now. Although i wont be doing heavy weight at all anymore...

damn reading through this log i was pretty disappointed at some shit people said. not everyone is a powerlifter or wants to be huge necessarily. there are athletic reasons to work out, and people like me who lift lighter on purpose because they have a certain idea of what they want to sculpt their bodies into, which happens to be different than the archetype bodybuilder. some dudes need to chill out with the elitism. everybody has something to learn, right?
