probably my favorite thread.
i have made a habit of taking pictures of my worthy meals... here are a few:  this is a serious, serious, turkey sandwich. must maintain positive nitrogen balance ------------------------------------  Not a meal but a recent shopping spree. -------------------------------------  off day. opps. -------------------------------------  fuel. 1/2c oats, 6oz tuna, 1 omega-3 egg, 2 egg whites, crushed almonds, soy sauce. -------------------------------------   -------------------- |
