I have ADHD and have used STRATTERA (atomoxetine) noradrenal reputake inhibitor. Like strattera yohimbine increases your noradrenaline levels. should they be taken in combination or would this make you fly like MDA. Does yohimbine have the side effect of strattera ,like penile shrinkage and impotents. I stopped taking it all together because of the periphial vascular constriction, yeh the main vein. So, I do 1.5 hrs cardio 5 times a week and swiched to a ssri and only use them if I have a horney date for the increased stimulation used with cialis . Could I get some feed back?

7.5 hrs of cardio a week?
I would not see a need to combine both cialis and yohimbine. Cialis shoudl provide enough punch in that area. -------------------- I have no brothers, therefore I am not your brother, so do not refer to me as "Bro" Ill ban your ass.

I don't know what would happen from the combination, but, I wouldn't assume that it would be helpful. They may both increase NE, but the activity ultimately depends on where, how much, and what other effects they have. It's not unlikely that the combination of the two drugs would cause anxiety.
Yohimbine is a sexual stimulant, but like pro said, combining it with cialis would probably be overkill. -------------------- David Tolson

Have you tried Rhodiola Rosea for the ADHD ? My fiancee has ADD (non-hyper) and found it was better than Wellbutrin. She's currently on Straterra to compare the effectiveness - so far she's seen none of the side effects (not even the weightloss, which she was hoping for
I was on SSRIs (for mood stabilization) for the last couple of years before switching to Rhodiola Rosea, and this stuff has been better than ANYTHING - and with absolutely NO side effects. I think Rhodiola is going to be the next "big thing", as it has SO many benefits and no drawbacks (at least none that I've come across). As far as the sexual side effects, have you tried Tribulus Terrestris to raise the testosterone levels? I got the sexual side effects from the SSRIs as well (so bad that not even Viagra had any effect!) That was my main reason to find an alternative to the SSRIs. When I finally discontinued the SSRIs (Celexa was the last one), I found that I had a low testosterone level (and I don't believe it was a coincidence). I started out with a month of medical injections, which raised the levels to the low end of mid-range (but still medically satisfactory). I've continued with the Tribulus and have seen a good benefit from it. Next month I get my levels checked again and I expect to see it higher than before. --- Adam |

Regarding ADD, another supplement to look into is ALCAR - l-carnitine improved concentration in children with ADD in a clinical trial, and this supplement also has many other benefits (including fat loss).
