gonna run m-drol for 3 weeks week 1 one cap a day week 2 two caps a day week 3 3 caps a day week 4 - 6 run pct i will also be running optimum nutritions opti-men and bn's pro liver and thinking oc coq10. will also be takling in 1.5 grams of protein per pound |

yeah nolvadex was what i was leaning more towards taking as my pct.
im gonna be running a 10/20/30 of m-drol for 3 weeks.1.5 grams of protein along with on's opti-mens multivitamin,1200mg of red yeast rice extract,60 mg of coq-10,along with some taurine, and bn's pro liver.i will post a day to day workout log,if not a week by week.along with some photos before and after. |
