The music playing on the stereo made you want to work out the moment you walked inside. Hi everyone<br><br>I am new here and have ordered for the first time on 28th of October. I am posting here as I need help and reassurance (!). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.<br><br>I live in Germany. I am still waiting for my order to be shipped (it is marked as 'processing'), I have called and emailed numerous times but the answers have been sparse and foggy. The first reason for the delay was payment verification (which I don't have a problem with) and the second reason for the delay is unknown especially since the payment money for the order has been debited from my bank account. The order is by no means a small one.<br><br>It is now over one month that I am waiting for my order to be shipped. <br><br>Is this normal?<br><br>Can anyone please tell me what the time span is for the procedure from the time they place an order to the moment the package arrives at destination? <br><br>And finally, has anyone had similar problems for their first order?<br><br>Thanks in advance! Yeah, I am also unable to make a new post - guess we need a few before we can create one.
Anyhow, I'm in the same boat. First time ordering here, almost three weeks now and no sign of the delivery. I'm hoping it comes before the holidays as I will have trouble signing for it if DP requires someone to be at home. Hopefully it works out - I know it is a hectic time for the shippers so there can be some delays. |
