For those that have tried it, what would be the general consensus on this herb? If I were to buy it in bulk off of 1fast, what would be a good dosage and would I have to cap it? Possibly make an oral solution out of it? Or, should I just buy the Pinnacle Rhodax caps for ease of administration? Thanks in advance. It certainly sounds very promising but I wanted to get some opinions.

I have never noticed anything directly from it but I use a low dose and take a ton of other supplements. I would go with 300-500 mg ED. It smells good but I doubt it tastes very good. The Rhodax is way too expensive. I would buy the powder and cap it or something.

Check that link out, Pumping. If it's the one I'm thinking of, it's an extremely detailed log of VC's rhodiola use. There are a couple other good threads concerning it over on Avant's forums if you want to read a little more.

From the other feedback I've read, no one's really raved about it. Seems alright, but I think it would be hard to justify a price on it.

Thanks Kow. I'll check out the link. I'm actually thinking about using GABAtropin now. I know there is some Rhodiola in this. I've read some great things and I know Dante likes it.
