After my cut, i definitely need to work out many things.

First off. back width and thickness.
shoulders and chest as well.

arms grow fine.

another thing i noticed is that my lower back needs a TON of work.



SCrew it. i just need to hit all the bodyparts hard.

i think i cheated a lil too much........................

did deadlifts yesterday. fucking sore as hell.

INTENSE workout yesterday with Rich.

pulls ups
dumbbell rows
hammerstrength seated incline rows
cable lat squeeze (term coined by Rich)


then i posed down in prep for the competition in Sept.
MUCH TOUGHER THAN IT SEEMS.

holding a pose and making sure they are flexed for 30 seconds taking short breathes only REALLY knocks you out.


James did a great job at the show, we expect no less from him.
He placed 2nd although we though that HE REALLLY HAD IT.
the dude who took 1st place just wasnt hard enough for our opinion.

oh well, in the end its the judges call.
James really kicked ass though.
So did Rich.

You typically have to hold poses on stage for 20-60 seconds. Heck, my bro James was on stage posing for 30 minutes straight because his class was so close. He hit the front relaxed shot for several minutes at a time.

I'm a trainer bro that is what I do. High school to seniors and everything in between. We are an inclusive group that support bodybuilding. James made all the t-shirts cuz he is a freak. No prob on the gym. I just wanted to smash some weights, despite that guy being a prick.

How is the diet and training going? Another cut is needed when you can take care of it.

I managed to get down to about 163-164 lbs with the same diet.

Legs are ABSOLUTELY CRUSHED.
Hit the legs hard on sunday and they are still VERY sore.

Squats
135 lbs 10 x 2 sets
225 lbs 10 x 2 sets
315 lbs 10 x 2 sets
365 lbs 3 x 3 sets
all the movements were slow and controlled. Really tried to feel the legs working.

45 degree Leg Press
405 lbs 10 x 4 sets

Leg Extensions
50 lbs 10 x 2 sets

For the leg extensions, I did the negatives slow
and squeezed the legs hard for 2 seconds at the
top of the movement

Legs were absolutely dead afterwards.
Couldnt do cardio, let alone walk properly.


Felt sick, halfway through the workout with a pounding headache.
Probably dehydration despite drinking 2 liters of water throughout the training session.

Vomited into my mouth several times while training
but i swallowed it back up. blink.gif

Great workout nonetheless. Thought of pussing out even before touching the barbell for squats. But I thought of the INBF competition in Sept.

im rippeder than before. its pretty fun to see abs without even flexing.

gotta work on pounding out the last bit of fat thats stuck on my fucking legs.


kinda bloated right now since i had one cheat meal last night that when i counted had 3 g of sodium in it. YES 3 GRAMS of sodium so im just drinking water and trying to piss all this extra water out.

looks as if i gained like 10 lbs of fat all over again with this bloat. lol
