The more information you give the better others can determine if your journal is applicable to them as far as training, diet, and supplementation.
1. Give your stats - age, sex, weight, goals, etc. 2. List the goals/conditions - bulking, cutting, type of training, type of diet, etc. 3. Make sure to list supplements/drugs that you are taking at the time. 4. Post the ingredients of the supplement you are using, especially if it's not available at Bulk Nutrition/1Fast. 5. Post pictures in the beginning and ending of the journal. Progressive pics throughout the journal is highly encouraged. 6. Try to update the journal on a daily basis, or at least everyday you workout. Some might only workout 3 days a week, so posting after the workout ASAP helps you remember the weight used, routine, etc... If you wait too long, you might forget what you did, how you did it, food eaten, supps taken, etc... 7. Have fun!
