I did the FB thing last Sept/Oct I believe it was. Jason, AZFit and I devised a workout that progresses from 15RM down to 1RM over the course of 8 weeks. It was great, and really helped me improve strength. That was the program I did, leading up to my best bench max. If you scroll back to that time frame in this thread, it should be in there. Right now, I'm just kinda SFW as I see fit. My access to certain things has been limited, cuz I'm lifting in my buddy's garage, so lately I've just been lifting "whatevers not still sore/taxed from the previous workout". -------------------- |

Lifted a lot...mostly the beach muscle stuff. I put up a 345 bench press one time when I was drunk a few years ago. That was after I'd been off juice for a year or so. I hadn't lifted in a while and my shoulders hurt like hell the next day.

I was def a little dehydrated, but I didn't puke or feel sick at all. Really, I never drink or smoke, etc before lifting, only after. This occasion was a bit different though, cuz we had a 1/2 day from work...we all had a BBQ down at the beach and got buzzed, then I suggested to a couple co-workers that we go get our drunken, ghetto workout on in my buddy's garage. Wound up smashing decent #'s despite being impaired. -------------------- |

10 sets of chest/shoulders, 4 sets of tri's...eh. Kinda been lagging in the garage lately. You'd think cuz theres just 2 of us, the WO would fly by, but I guess we wind up bullshitting, taking long rest periods, etc....before I know it, its been like 90+ minutes and its getting late, etc. Don't worry bout me brah. Been hittin the iron EOD pretty much. Will get more strict w/my routine once 8/18 hits and I start hittin up the m-drol. Till then, gonna SFW EOD, try to get some decent work in, and not worry too much about the particulars. Thanks for keepin tabs though. Nice to know somebody's following along. -------------------- |

To me that looks like about 8 sets on chest, after the warmup and 1-2 sets on tris after WU. I'd get my ass in back in the groove b4 taking mdrol. But that's just me.
