Im 5"10 175lbs low bf% have been training on and off for 3years , 1 year now str8 intensely , went up from 161lbs to 175lbs in one year only on protien good diet MRI's NO2 and creatine cycles. Considering trying pro-hormones, I tried prohormones once AST's 19-norandrostenedione 250. and got a little strength not too much and my gains, well I got more gains from NO2 and creatine. want to try a different stack but dont want a lot of sides like prostate enlargment or liver problemsand of course the BIG one female sides. I dont have any physical conditions never had my HDL cholesterol is way up and LDL is about 144. Have had a little anxiety before in the past but not really nothing serious now. Please anyone recommend a good beginner stack and what type of delivery is overall best I heard 19-nor-4diol is this a combo of 19-norandrostenediol and 4-androstenediol? I've gotten mixed response from companies like Ergopharm.

How much 4-oht did you use and have you tried it alone? I've seen mixed reports about this.

Actually this might shock you but have you considered reg 6OXO? I have never used reg gear have used this loved it made gains that still with me 6 months later.
I had zero side effects . I weaned the dosage down when I got off. Initially I did have a little trouble sleeping.
I bought 2 bottles from this co got them in 2 days. Going to go on it again soon. 6OXO tho considered to be the weakest pro hormone for me its plenty.
