Days 1-7
STATS Age 19 Height 5' 11 Weight 174 Body Type Ecto OVERVIEW -last week i took green Mag to load for a week and i hit the gym 5 days lat week.<br>previous to this i was off creatine for 4 weeks. -with me switching colleges its been kinda hectic this last week figuring eveythign out so bare with me on the log in the start....measurments will be taken when i have time...they well be doen by the end of this week tho. MEASURMENTS (comming soon.....) Chest: Shoulders: Waist: Quads: Arms: 15.5in Calves Forarm: WORKOUT Mon. Arms Tues. Legs Wed. Shoulders/Abs Thurs.Back Fri.Chest/Calves/Bi's Sat and Sun...Off CARDIO -isnt really done right now because im gettign used to this new school and its workload... HYDRATION -at least a gallon a day Notes*i have all last weeks lifts on paper so i will add how much increse i had from last week to this week in my lifts...i also gained 2lbs since last week<br><br><br>thanks again CL for the GM and GB -------------------- |

Sept. 11 2006 Arms -awesome work out i felt awesoem and had some real good numbers...very happy close grip benchpress 135X10 185X8 195X5 200X3 skull crushers 90X10 100X8 110X4 barbell curls 45X10 95X6 115X4 125X2 130X1 135X1 140X0 v bar pull downs 3rd to last plate X10 2nd to last for 8 whole rack for 6 pully curls 4th to last for 10 3rd to last for 10 2nd to last for 8 -------------------- |

Sept. 12 2006 Legs - felt a little weak today must have been because of lack of food early in the day... Day 17
Delts/Abs Sept. 13 2006 - good delt day had good energy went a little to light on my lifts but it was my first real delt day so i didnt know where i was... good pump in through my shoulders and arms felt real good. Dumbell press 50X8 55X8 60X8 65X7 Upright rows 75X10 90X10 90X10 rear delt machine 110X10 130X10 150X10 front raises 20X10 25X10 Side laterals 20X10 25X10 Rear Laterals 15X10 20X10 and then some ab work. -------------------- |

haha yeah i did the lifts in order that i posted them my PR is 300 for 6 about 3 months ago but i took off 4 weeks before this log. yeah i think i should have 315 for 10 soon...

Sept. 15 2006 Chest/Calves - sweet work out, awesoem pumps endurance on my first set has gone up 5 lbs each week from since i started taking the Green Mag and i have no doubt i wont get 200X10 next week) Flat Bench 135X10 195X10 (PR up 10 lbs from week 1 5 lbs/week avg.) 205X7 215X4 Incline Bench 165X9 175X7 185X5 Flys 55X10 60X10 65X8 Cable crosses 60X10 65X10 75X10 leg press calves 3plates a side for 3 sets of 10 -------------------- |

thanks SCT glad to see someone following the log i can really push my self at college in a nice gyma dn with a huge meal plan i can just eat eat eat and that helps more than anything if keep eatign liek this i can see my gains just keep going up.

Week 1 Overview Weight 175lbs up 1lb from last weigh in. - this week i had some new PR's and foucses sets. pumps have been better than normal , but nothing is as good as a GG and WB pump but my college budget says nope when it comes to buyign more then protein... -------------------- |

Sept. 18 2006 Arms strenght is still good. i didnt eat as much today or drink enough water so mu pumps and endurance were down... close grip benchpress 135X10 185X8 190X5 205X3 skull crushers 90X10 110X8 1105 barbell curls 45X10 95X6 115X4 125X2 140X1 new PR v bar pull downs 130lbs X10 140lbs X10 150lbs X10 ALT. Curls 45X8 50X6 30X until i couldent move over 15 tho... -------------------- |

Sept. 20 2006 Delts/Abs - well all i can say is i hade a very good delt day everythign was up but i did eat n extra meal before the gym and had some good hydration. def. good strenght increases. Dumbell press 55X10 60X8 70X5 (new PR but my back was arched a bit so ill give it another cleaner go next week) Upright rows 95X10 115X10 120X10 (PR) rear delt machine 150X10 170X10 190X10(PR) front raises 25X10 30X10 35X10(PR) Side laterals 20X10 25X10 30X10 (PR) Rear Laterals 20X10 25X10 and then some ab work. -------------------- |
