ive been seriously lifting for almost a year im also a wrestler this summer just bulked up but with that obviously came a little bit of fat now my wrestling season is approaching and i wana get cut so my qustion is...is it safe to take a a fat burner like tight during my season considering the huge amount of cardio conditioning and loss of water?? thanx-ray

Of course its fine. Do you think the people that do take it just pop the pill and sit on the couch all day. Most people who are taking fat-burners work their ass off when it comes to cardio to help shed the pounds. The supplement cant do all the work for you. So in other words, yes it will be fine.

yea it should be fine, just make sure you keep your nutrient intake up and especially your water. Adding some green tea extract and l-carnitine will help too.
