Well I was weaker on the back exercises since I already did chest.

I've also been SFW sporadically due to playing lots of ball so there's been some strength loss for sure.

Just noticed your benching. If you were interested in doing a max. You could've prolly done 225x4-5, 275x2-3, then 315x1, and been good for at least a 350 PR.

Word. I wasn't interested in maxing out today. I did 340 a month or two ago. I had more in me I thought.

But with my game schedule my diet hasn't been that great and my SFW schedule is all fucked up.

I just want to maintain and not lose that much strength.

Last year I pretty much was AWOL from the gym all summer and paid for it when I started again in August/September. Was weak as shit.

I don't want that to happen again.

Well the past 2 weeks I can't do a split since I'm going like twice a week. So I was doing a whole upper body thing.

Now with the long weekend I can do a split for a few days. Might as well start with chest. Tomorrow I'll do back.
