Well I was weaker on the back exercises since I already did chest.

Just noticed your benching. If you were interested in doing a max. You could've prolly done 225x4-5, 275x2-3, then 315x1, and been good for at least a 350 PR.

Word. I wasn't interested in maxing out today. I did 340 a month or two ago. I had more in me I thought.
But with my game schedule my diet hasn't been that great and my SFW schedule is all fucked up. I just want to maintain and not lose that much strength. Last year I pretty much was AWOL from the gym all summer and paid for it when I started again in August/September. Was weak as shit. Well the past 2 weeks I can't do a split since I'm going like twice a week. So I was doing a whole upper body thing.
