I tried them a year or so ago and it was ok. I was fairly new to SFW so I was making gains.

Still doing the squats. Since I'm not doing a "leg day" I'm not sore. Just hitting them enough to keep them "active".

Your BB Row #'s are sick man. I think my back is one of my strongpoints, and I don't come close to that. Been wondering about the #'s on the cable stuff though. Don't they label the poundages on there?

I don't know how much the shit weighs on the cable stuff. It just has numbers. #20 is the whole stack though. Not too concerned though since it's just cables.
