I tried them a year or so ago and it was ok. I was fairly new to SFW so I was making gains.

I think I made more gains with a regular BB split these last 6 months though.

Only reason I'm doing it now is because I have to.

my chest/back/legs/shoulders grow amazing on fullbody, arms kinda suck during fullbody tho.

Your BB Row #'s are sick man. I think my back is one of my strongpoints, and I don't come close to that. Been wondering about the #'s on the cable stuff though. Don't they label the poundages on there?

I don't know how much the shit weighs on the cable stuff. It just has numbers. #20 is the whole stack though. Not too concerned though since it's just cables. BB weight to me is more important.
