Good energy and focus. Probably had to do with it being cool inside not muggy. Wished my gym closed later. Good workout. A bit tired on the incline press right after flat bench. Also tried dips for the first time. Never did them before because of my left shoulder. Since it's been feeling better I gave them a shot. No pain so I'll have to incorporate these into my workout. Good shit. Took less rest periods than normal just to finish everything. Overall decent energy. Legs are sore today from squatting. Completed 2 weeks of the clen. Starting weight on July 31st was 243lbs, ending weight August 14th was 238lbs. Not as much as it did, but, yes, it is. Surprisingly, I haven't "lost" any weight. If anything, I gained weight, but my waist is nearly a 32 right now at 210lbs. I haven't had a 32 waist in a long time, and I weighed much, much less then, like 40 lbs less.

What kind of training routine are you on?..seems like a lot of sets, and your doing same body parts multiple times a week.
And by the look of you weights seem pretty strong, keep it up. |
