Haven't done them in about 2 months. Felt great, the weight felt light so that's why I said fuck it and went for 515. Went up with no problem. Was probably good for another 10lbs. Tough workout, squats kicked my ass after deads. No need to go over 225. Little soreness to report today, 7/2. Lower back of course. It'll probably get worse tomorrow. Thanks already have. Scroll back some. I did 515lbs about a month ago. I thought about beating that last night but I wanted to save something for the rest of the workout. If I plan on maxing deadlift I'll do that and maybe a couple other things. It's fucking tiring. Yes HS = Hammer Strength.
