I'm looking for advice on what supplements would help with the following goals. 1)Increase in absolute strength and strength to weight ratio, adding size or weight is not important, pure strength is; 2)Increase in strength endurance, ie, sets of 21 or more in the big compound movements deadlifts, squats, clean and jerk; 3)Brief but extemely intense aerobic work ie running a 5k, or running 800m, 400m, 200m intervals. Thanks

Do you use creatine? If not, that could help with the strength and strength endurance.
For distance running, you may want to look into citrulline malate (like Ergopharm's StaminO2) a shot. -------------------- "I don't like people who take drugs...Customs men, for example." - Mitch Miller

You may want to give Body Octane a try, it should work well with those goals.

This stack is awesome.
1. AAKG (NO2 products, NOW AAKG is my choice) 2. Creatine (right now, I'm using Satur8) 3. Citrulline Malate (right now using Body Octane) |
