"2 grams of CLA Oil Powder is equal in isomers to 1 gram of CLA Oil. " Well, first CLA is considered a fat, right? So does two grams of the CLA powder has 9 calories or 18 calories? |

I would say it has around 18 calorie's.But this product is okay but u won't really notice anything different. I rather go for some EFA's like omega 3, 6 and 9.My favorite one from all this. is the omega 3 from fish oil.The thing I hate is the fish burp's u get from it but is a great oil.

IMO CLA is overhyped. Fish Oil and Sesathin are where its at as far as fats (and lingans) Maybe GLA, but Fish Oil for sure.

I'm pretty sure the powder is maltodextrin, which is 4 calories per gram. So 2 grams would be one gram malto, one gram CLA for a total of 13 calories. -------------------- David Tolson
