well donne never thougth that deep. Cortisol was need for our ancestors for hunting when they was hungry. i was doing freaky cardio (about 2h/day) to lose somme fat arourd muscles and eating clean. How long therm very HIGHT cortisol level affect: Hematocrite (mine is 49% normal is 40-50%)#should i take a daily aspirine or Arginine. -cholesterol (didnt checked this) -lymphocyte (mine 57% normal is 20-40) -monocytes (mine is 10% nomal is 2-8) -TSH U.S (mine is 1,08 normal is 0.46-4,68) -calcium (mine is 96 normal is 84-102) -proteine-C (mine is 2 normal is <10) # dont know what is this stuff prot-c??????? This blood work was took after 2 month of hollyday i was off cycle from sport,stress,college... i thougth that cortisol will fook up my imune-systeme rigth. i am good to go on some methoxy powder heheh. How can i improving further my blood profile. Now I am back to college and to my daily stress... @Alston20212 thx i will keep my blood sugar higth. And try meditation |

Interestingly I have heard that garlic can lower cortisol and increase testosterone .

Saber, Where do you buy your Magnesium Glycinate online? This seems to reduce depression for me, especially at this time of year when the hours of sunlight are diminishing. I need to find a good online store for Magnesium Glycinate. Have you tried Magnesium Taurate? I hear it is superior to the Glycinate form. T.J. |
