7-Keto DHEA

I saw a complaint that the tablets have a poor oral bioavailablity. I've never taken 7-keto, but I have something you can try. You can use the pills to make a transdermal.

Now it says that these come in capsules, so I'm guessing they just have the powdered substance in a capsule with possible impurities to dilute it. All you really have to do is break the caps open, and dump them inside a bottle of Transport matrix(or whatever transdermal substance your using), and shake it up. Not too tough, eh? If the 7-keto you're using comes in tablet form, you just have the extra step of crushing the tabs into a fine powder. Remember to proportionate your servings into sprays, and you're golden.
