Once i come off my M1Y cycle should i take thribulis an noval? and if so how much of both should i take, i already fot trib..any veiws ona good post cycle would be nice, and if u wish to follow my progress on the m1t you can check the revews!

Definitely not tribulus. Nolva usage would depend on the length of the cycle. For a two week cycle, probably 20-40 mg daily for a week (if you start at 40, just for the first few days), then 10-20 mg daily for a week.

From superspider's bloodwork at AM, M 1T will cause signigigant shutdown in a week. I wouldnt skimp on PCT one bit. If using nolva, I always had best results at 80mgs for two days, 60 for two days, 40 for 4 days, and than 20mgs until day 14, and then step down to 10 for a couple. Now, this is after lengthy AAS cycles, but I wouldnt be too overcautious, especially if planning on starting another cycle 3-4 weeks after the furst M 1T cycle, as many do.

Why not tribulis, and what about a 4 week cycle of m1t, how much noval? how much a day for how long?

Day 2-4 60mgs
Day 5-8 40mgs
Day 9-14 20mgs
Day 15-16 10mgs

How were you splitting the doses up, or were you doing all your doses just once a day?

I read on some medical website site that it is best to split up any dose over 20mg's. They also seemed to have good reasons as to why also. I'll look for the link.
