[PRODUCT]63[/PRODUCT] Here is the story, i purechased SAN V12 and optimium whey 10 lb. i started with v12 couple days age, and yesterday when i opened the whey 10lb i looked at the scoop and said no way this scoop got a be bigger than 28.4(strawberry) as mentioned on the box,so i ran a liittle test i took the v12 9.5 gram scoop and checked how many 9.5 gram scoop's would it take to fill out the so called 28.4 gram scoop, you wouldnt believe what i have found out instead of 3 9.5 scoops (9.5x3=28.5) - it took more than 3 and a half SCOOPS OF 9.5 GRAMS to fiil the so called 28.4 scoop meaning it must be around 34 gram scoops or the v12 scoop is the inaccurate one ,right.
but if you ask me i think the optimium is the inaccurate one.
and accuracy is an important issue concerning food supplement .
please the site manager,any one correct me if i am wrong!!!

My explanation would be that grams are a measure of mass, while the scoops actually measure volume. Thus, the number of grams a certain scoop would yield is dependent on the density of the powder. The grams per scoop listed in the nutritional information is specific to the individual product.

At the same time, there probably is a bit of variability due to under/over-filling the scoop, sample variation in the powder density (ingredients not perfectly mixed), and rounding on the part of the company when listing serving size.

you're probably a troll with a question like this, but i'll answer anyway

acne has nothing to do with what you eat (it's hormonal/hygene based).....
you can get fat eating anything......
protien intake varies on what type of exercise you are doing. more ripping of muscle = more protien. go do 20 hours of research on nutrition and then come back and ask questions.

what you eat can and does effect acne
some foods cause hormones or other various bodily systems to be altered
causing more acne...
for the most part it won't have an effect... but it does have one

Why do you think alot of members here take B5 powder to combat acne?

The more refined sugar you eat,
the more your body’s B5 pool is depleted as the body
attempts to cope with raised levels of blood triglycerides
through action of CoA. When the body is low on B5
the processes that are more critical for survival are the
ones to which the available B5 is allocated. Other
processes, like lipid (fat) metabolism, receive a
secondary importance, and thus any remaining B5. If there
isn’t enough B5 to process all the fats, either because B5
levels are low to begin with or because dietary intake of
high-glycemic foods is increasing the need for B5,
unprocessed fats are excreted through the skin as excess
sebum, which in turn leads to acne.

Both of the scoops are OK. Just try measuring 5 grams of glutamine using a 5 gram scoop of creatine. You will see that it actually takes about two scoops of the creatine scoop to fill the glutamine scoop. Dude just get a scale and measure the weight.
density = Mass/volume
mass =density*volume
volume =density/mass
different substances have different density, not all the time, but most of the time.
for example 1ml of water and 1 ml of ethanol doesnt weigh the same. Hope this clarifies your doubts, instead of measuring scoops you should be studying your science boss. Shit happensssssssssss

the optimum whey scoop should have a volumetric reading on the bottom of it. probably in CCs... 60cc or 70cc etc. does it say anything?
